Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and simply return the original item to us for a refund.

You may use the shipping method of your choice as the company is not responsible for these freight charges. Please request a tracking number to insure we receive your return/exchange.

Once an item is marked delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for reshipping the item. However, we will replace an order that was lost by USPS.
