How do I cancel or edit an order?

When we designed our order processing system at Pink Barbell, our goal was to ensure a fast delivery system. The moment you submit your order, we immediately begin your order preparation in order to get it you as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to change the details of the order or cancel the order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can check if the item is eligible for a return or exchange on our Return Policy page.

How do I apply a promotion?

Occasionally, Pink Barbell will offer code-based promotions that can be redeemed on our website. These discount codes are typically released on our website, social media accounts, through emails, etc.

To redeem a code-based promotion, follow the instructions below:

-During the checkout process, enter your discount code in the space marked as “Promo Code.”
-Prices for the items that are valid for the discount code will be reduced by the amount of the promotion and reflected in your order summary.

The following restrictions apply:

-To qualify for a specific promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period. We cannot apply promotion to a previous purchase.
-Some promotional offers may not be combined with other offers in the same order.
-Your order may need to be of a certain dollar amount to qualify; shipping and taxes are not applicable towards the qualifying amount.
-Free shipping offers are valid on standard shipping for orders placed in the United States.
-The offer may only apply to certain price points (full-price only) or select products.

How can I get a price adjustment?

Price adjustments are not eligible on code-based promotions including %’s off (e.g., 20%, 25%, etc.) and $’s off. One price adjustment for merchandise purchased at full-price, which had been marked down for the first time, may be made within 7 days from the original date of purchase.
